Credit Card Disputes and Chargeback Fraud

Please contact us first before you contact your bank.

If you have any issues with your order we will be happy to help you. We can send replacements, or your can arrange to ship back to us for a refund, or if it has not been shipped we can easily and promptly refund you.  We ask that you please CONTACT US FIRST before contacting your bank to dispute charges to your card. Here is why: 

When you contact your bank or put in an inquiry with Paypal about your order, you are automatically handing the entire transaction over to a third party and forcing a dispute process to be initiated that can take up to 90 days to resolve. We are not able to help you quickly if you initiate this, so if you decide to dispute, please know that it may take up to 90 days to get your money refunded to you, whereas we will offer you a prompt refund according to our returns and refund policy if you are to contact us first.
